If something is wrong with your print

If your print arrives damaged, creased or printed wrong, email support@fantastic-maps.com with your order details and a photo. We reprint it at our cost and send it straight away. You keep the damaged one; there's nothing to send back.

If you change your mind

Every print is made to your own design, so it is exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and we can't take it back. Check your place, style and caption in the preview before you order — the preview is exactly what prints.

If you chose the wrong place or style

Tell us before the order goes into production and we change it for free. Once it's printed, a change is a new order.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including for faulty goods and for late delivery, and doesn't limit them.
